Order
How do I place an order?
You can easily place an order via our website theaiprintshop.nl. Browse through our collection of posters, select the poster you want and add it to your shopping cart. Then follow the steps in the checkout process to complete your order. You will need to fill in your shipping and billing information and choose a payment method.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email to the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder if you do not see the confirmation in your inbox.
Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via klantenservice@theaiprintshop.nl. Of course we will be happy to see what we can do for you! Is your order already being processed or shipped? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to make changes. This is because your order is printed especially for you.
Do you offer gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards. Our team is working hard to offer this as soon as possible.
Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are € 6.95 for orders under € 59. For orders above this amount, shipping is free.
What is the delivery time?
Our prints are specially printed when ordered, which means that the order may take a little longer. The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Please note that this shipping time may vary based on the workload of the delivery service and our printer.
Do you deliver to my address in the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship to all addresses in the Netherlands.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your shipment via the carrier's website. If you have created an account, you can also track the latest details of your order on your account page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, your payment information is safe with us. We use a secure SSL connection to protect your personal and financial information during transmission.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, please check that you have entered the correct details (card number, expiration date, CVV code) and that there are sufficient funds on your account. You can also try using a different payment method or contact your bank or credit card company for more information. We can never see a reason for a declined payment. Unfortunately, our customer service cannot help you in these cases.
Product information
What material are your posters made of?
Our posters are printed on high-quality environmentally conscious FSC certified paper. The poster has a thickness of 0.26 mm and has a paper weight of 200 gsm (or 200 grams per square meter).
How is the print quality?
To guarantee the best quality, all our posters are printed to order for you. In addition, our supplier's 12-color fine art print technology ensures lifelike and accurate colors that go far beyond a standard 4-color inkjet print technology.
Can I order a custom poster or have my own image printed?
Our team is working hard every day on new possibilities for our customers. At the moment it is unfortunately not possible to have your own image printed, but we are currently investigating how we can also offer our AI art technology to our customers. Sign up for our newsletter and be one of the first to hear when we can offer this possibility.
Do the posters fit in standard picture frames?
Yes, all our poster sizes are based on standard picture frame sizes. When ordering, please pay close attention to the dimensions stated on the product page.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because each poster is printed especially for you on a print-on-demand basis, returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the design are not possible.
This is in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law for custom-made products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your item as soon as possible after delivery (preferably within 14 days) and contact our customer service as soon as the issue is discovered via klantenservice@theaiprintshop.nl, including your order number and clear photos of the product and, where applicable, the packaging. We will then provide an appropriate solution, such as a free replacement or reprint.
How can I return an item?
Because each poster is printed especially for you on request (print-on-demand), returns or exchanges due to change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the design are unfortunately not possible.
This is in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (BW) for custom-made products.
Is your order damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered?
Inspect your order as soon as possible after receipt (preferably within 14 days) and contact our customer service as soon as possible after discovery via klantenservice@theaiprintshop.nl, including your order number and clear photos of the product and, where applicable, the packaging. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a free reprint or replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible, usually within 7 business days. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method. It is not possible to have a payment refunded via a different payment method.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
It is extremely annoying if your order arrives damaged. If this is the case, please contact our customer service immediately via klantenservice@theaiprintshop.nl and send photos of the damage if possible. We will then offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible, such as a replacement poster or a refund.
Where can I go if I have a complaint?
We find it extremely important that you have a pleasant experience with us. We therefore do our utmost to always find a good solution. If it should happen that we cannot find a solution together, we would like to point out the possibility of finding further information about your options at the following location. EU dispute clause
Account and Security
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can choose to place an order as a guest. However, creating an account offers advantages such as being able to easily view your order history and checkout faster for future orders.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by clicking on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the menu bar. You will then be directed to a new page where you can enter your email address. After entering your email address, you will receive a unique 6-digit code in your mailbox with which you can verify your email address. A password is therefore not required.
How can I reset my password?
For logging in, we always send a 6-digit login code to your email address. This ensures that your account is always safe. It is therefore not necessary to remember or change a password.
How is my personal information protected?
We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. Our privacy policy, which can be found at privacy policy, describes how we collect, use and protect your information. We will never sell your information to third parties.
