Shipping Policy
At The AI Print Shop, every poster is printed especially for you. This on-demand process ensures you receive a unique and brand-new piece of art, but it also means our delivery time consists of two parts: production time and shipping time.
1. Production & Processing Time
As soon as you place your order, we send it to our production partner who will print, check, and carefully package your unique AI poster.

Estimated production time: 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier. This email will also contain your tracking information.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
After your order is produced, the following estimated shipping times apply. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Total Delivery Time = 3-7 business days (Production Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)).
3. Order Tracking
Once your poster has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your shipment online on the carrier's website (e.g., PostNL, DHL, FedEx).
4. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to a customer caused address error, the costs for reshipment will be borne by the customer. Please check your details carefully at checkout.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we package our posters with the utmost care, unforeseen issues can occur during transit.

Received a damaged item? Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receipt at klantenservice@theaiprintshop.nl with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged poster and the packaging. We will then arrange for an appropriate solution.

Order not received? If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking status. Contact us if the status is unclear or if the package is marked as "lost."
