Privacy Policy – The AI Print Shop

The AI Print Shop (part of Yellomigo) respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

In this privacy policy we explain which personal data we collect, why we do so, on which legal basis, with whom data is shared, and which rights you have.

The AI Print Shop is the data controller for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

Shopify

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify processes personal data:

  1. as a processor on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payments, order processing), and
  2. in certain cases as an independent controller (e.g., Shopify-wide enhanced features).

2. Which personal data do we process?

Depending on your interaction with our website and services, we process the following categories of personal data:

a. Contact and identification details
Name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number.

b. Order and transaction data
Ordered products, payment status, shipping information, return or complaint information.

c. Payment data
Payment method and payment confirmation. Payment card details are processed directly by our payment providers and are not stored by us.

d. Communication data
Information you share with us via email or customer service.

e. Technical and usage data
IP address, device type, browser data, log files, interactions with the website.

f. Marketing and preference data
Marketing preferences and interactions with marketing communications (if applicable).

3. Legal bases for processing (GDPR art. 6)

We process personal data solely on the basis of one or more of the following legal bases:

    For processing and delivering orders, payments, shipments, and customer service.

    For example, for tax and administrative obligations.

    For security, fraud prevention, analysis and improvement of our services, provided that your interests do not override ours.

We use personal data for, among other things:

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

10. Data of minors

Our services are not directed at persons under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If this has nevertheless happened, please contact us so that we can delete this data.
